Archaeology field trips for archaeologists, students,
enthusiasts and anyone who wants to learn more about our ancient
past and enjoy the experience of exploring
the settlement areas, burial monuments and ritual landscapes
which were all important to our ancient ancestors!
Archaeology Safaris Field Trips, Field Schools, Expeditions
and Projects are open to all; you may be interested due
to the increasing amount of archaeology on TV, or you may
already be a Megalith enthusiast visiting as many sites
as you can, you could indeed be an Archaeologist or currently
studying the subject. In any case as you are on this site,
you are very likely to be an enthusiast with the need to
see and learn more about our ancient past.
In joining one of our Field Trips, Field Schools, Expeditions
or Projects you will become part of a small to medium size
(6-12) group of other like minded enthusiasts. However, if
you have a specialist skill or area of research, let us know
- it may be that one of our special expeditions or other custom
designed trips could suit your specific interests.
Costs vary depending on the destination and duration but
usually include: Transport (minibus/flights/ferry) as required,
accommodation on a Bed & Breakfast basis and expert
guides and guest speakers to drive you around the sites
and provide the latest information. You will need to arrange
your own travel insurance.
